East Perth is one of the nicest places in Perth to have coffee and brunch on a nice weekend morning, especially after Perth’s recent retarded weather patterns. This unique little eatery on the banks of the river is a place I recommend you to go to whenever you are in town.
I ordered their awesome chocolate and hazelnut crepes, which was very nice and they put quite alot of chocolate unlike most cafes. #happy. I also ordered a croissant and mocha which also tasted nice, but nothing special. All together I paid around $23. Quite pricey, the order took a while, but it was all worthed.
Toast offers a variety of cakes, crepes, regular brunch dishes and especially, a great selection of toasts. The atmosphere is rather relaxing but the waiting line is quite hectic, but don’t worry you will given rubber ducks to entertain you whilst you wait for your table. Since, I live 2 minutes away, this place is very convenient for me, especially when a group of friends wanted to meet up. It was only a walk away.
